Utara - Permanent ban of account.
Reason - Abuse towards the Admins.

All accounts belonging to Richard Lachica are hereby banned and soon anyone else that is involved with him for FRAUD.
Now is the time for amnesty. If you don't want your accounts to be banned. Then I suggest that you come forward.
