Donation - please post donation updates - guidelines, system & conversion.

Hi,
Good Day to All GM and Staff!
Can you please post in advance the servers TOP-UP/Donation system.
With this, the players will know and plan ahead if ever we the players will donate or not depending
on the performance of the server.
We understand that one of the many purposes of the donation is for the maintenance cost of running the server.
It's better that both parties (players and server) will benefit from the donation.
